Patricia Regier is an Instructional Designer, Innovative Content Creator, and Learning & Development Specialist who has built a career believing that training and online learning don’t have to be boring. As the Owner of Regier Education Inc. and with a Master of Adult Education, Patricia is known for making her audience feel empowered, engaged, courageous, and confident. Her debut book and keynote, The Online Shift, teach newcomers to the online space and seasoned professionals alike how to optimize their online presence and maximize engagement. She has tried, tested, and refined strategies using the latest behavioural science, research, and psychology to ensure your next online experience is a hit!

Patricia Regier’s creative and innovative use of different mediums engages a variety of learners in an audience. She is dedicated to accessibility, inclusivity, and incorporating innovative ways to use AI and other tools and techniques to enhance learning experiences. Patricia’s passion for turning an audience into participants in all contexts is evident in her learning experience designs. In addition to consulting, she also provides facilitated learning, training, instructional design and consulting.
