Maude Bergeron
Maude Bergeron is an occupational therapist, yoga and mindfulness teacher, writer, and speaker based in Quebec. In her words:
Creative, passionate about people, and endlessly resourceful, I’ve always resisted the idea that we need to define who we are by a title, an activity, or a profession.
I hold a master’s degree in occupational therapy, but my path has also led me to mindfulness, yoga, meditation, writing, and creative work. Through all of these experiences, one belief has become clear: we should have the tools to make choices that reflect who we are before we reach our breaking point.
Today, that belief is the common thread behind everything I do: empowering people to take ownership of their lives.
For a long time, I thought I had to choose one path, specialize, and find the one thing that would define me. Eventually, I realized that consistency didn’t have to come from the medium. It could come from the mission.
Whether I’m writing, speaking, creating a workshop, teaching yoga, or developing a creative project, my intention remains the same: to share knowledge and create spaces that help people understand themselves better and make more conscious choices for their well-being.
To talk about health before illness. Rest before burnout. Choice before circumstances choose for us.
Many projects, many mediums, one mission: to help you take ownership of your well-being, your choices, and your life.
