Kristin Light
Neurodiversity Keynote Speaker | Emcee | Inclusion Strategist
Kristin Light is an award-winning speaker, performer, inclusion strategist and LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator specializing in neuroinclusion and mental health literacy for inclusive workplace and leadership strategies. Multiply neurodivergent, with an eclectic career spanning both boardroom and ballroom, she makes complex ideas relatable, actionable, and memorable.
Before keynote speaking, Kristin spent more than two decades in the performing arts as a dancer, choreographer, and emcee. She co-owned Bees’ Knees Dance, Toronto’s largest swing dance studio, was a founding member of the vintage performance troupe That Swing!, and managed two Toronto event venues, The Jam Factory and The Richmond. After a first-place win at the Speaker Slam inspirational speaking competition in 2021, she pivoted to professional keynotes.
Kristin’s work champions what she calls UNcommon Sense: the overlooked ideas, perspectives, and possibilities in the margins of the stories we have always been told. She has spoken for Bombardier, AstraZeneca, Autism Alliance of Canada, Enwave, Coinbase, Garmin, and TJX, and is a contributor to Our Yellow Brick Road.
